MADHAVI DESAI
Webmaster
Madhavi Desai joined Literacy Partners – Menlo Park in 2022 as a webmaster for LPMP website. Her role is to design and develop the website and do site maintenance, plus work with the team to ensure the site aligns with the goals and objectives of the organization. Having worked decades in the IT field, Madhavi sees the importance of an organization’s robust internet presence. She understands that, with a strong web presence, Literacy Partners can do its job most effectively with its many constituents. She understands the importance of literacy and the need for effective education to achieve a strong community. She received a BS in Computer Science from San Jose State University and has worked over 20 years in the IT sector in various roles with wide exposure to various technologies. She has lived in the bay area with her husband since 1990 after immigrating from India and has two adult kids.
HAYLEE HUYNH
Assistant Webmaster
Haylee Huynh joined Literacy Partners – Menlo Park in 2022 as a junior in high school. Her role is to assist LPMP's webmaster with designing media and developing the website. Haylee serves as a volunteer and officer for many clubs in her high school. Graduating in 2024, she is looking forward to cherishing her last years as an outreach coordinator for Interact District 5170, president of a crochet club, secretary for her Vietnamese Student Association, and a vice president for her service club. Haylee looks forward to using her experience in Multimedia Art & Design to her responsibilities as an assistant webmaster in her last year of high school. As a bookworm herself, she volunteered herself to be a part of spreading awareness in LPMP's purpose. Haylee looks forward to graduating high school and learning what the future holds for college.
